You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase and only if your purchase has not been despatched for delivery. Returns shall be accepted within 48 Hours from Receipt. Returned products must be in the condition you received them, in their original packaging and unopened. Unfortunately, if these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected. Upon returning a product, a full refund will be made via EFT into an account provided by you. Alternatively, you may exchange for another product of equal value.

You will be liable for the courier charges associated when returning your order.
